Personally i’d go for Brazil
Buenos Aires could be nice. It’s not too far away.

Sun, beach and relaxation? Head for Punte del Este.
San Andres Colombia. Beautiful water. Great night life. Duty Free shopping. If you like 100% traquility.. try Providencia.. it’s small and very, very relaxed.
Ive been there at least 20 times and never get bored. Rent a golf cart and see the Island. Morgans cave, the reservoir, the blow hole. All fun. And not very expensive.
Oh! Why not visit Brazil? There are beautiful places in Brazil: Angra dos Reis or Bahia

Sun is not included in vacation packages of course, so I inserted a couple pages for you to check; that include weather forecast in Venezuela (isla Margarita), brasil Recife), and Costa Rica ( San Juan)
Mi personal option would be Brazil – or Costa Rica , but if you ‘re looking for nice weather for the next few days – in those 3 places – then , Venezuela is your best choice , as you can see in the weather forecast.
I assume that you ‘re also looking for an international destination since Uruguay has everything you need for a nice vacation, even though, the temperature will decrease in the next couple of days.

El sol no esta incluido en las playas por lo que te sugiero que mires el estado del tiempo.
Personalmente prefiero Brazil y Costa Rica, pero la temperatura sera mas alta y el sol brillara mas en Venezuela
Te puse unas paginas donde podes ver el estado del tiempo de estos tres paises para los proximos dias
Tambien me doy cuenta que tu interes es un paseo internacional, ya que en Uruguay tenes todo lo que buscas, aunque la temperatura bajara en un par de dias.
